You cannot scan your social network accounts using the Social Network Privacy Scanner.
Why did this happen?
Your web browser cache may cause problems with the Privacy Scanner.
How do I fix this?
- Clear browser cache on each web browser you use.
- Go to the Social Networking Site that you want to check for privacy issues (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Sign in to your account.
- Add the Trend Micro extension.
- Click on the Trend Micro Toolbar.
- Click Check your online privacy.
