You cannot scan your social network accounts using the Social Network Privacy Scanner.

Why did this happen?

Your web browser cache may cause problems with the Privacy Scanner.

How do I fix this?

  1. Clear browser cache on each web browser you use.
  2. Go to the Social Networking Site that you want to check for privacy issues (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  3. Sign in to your account.
  4. Add the Trend Micro extension.
  5. Click on the Trend Micro Toolbar.
  6. Click Check your online privacy.
