Trend Micro Account (MyAccount) is an online tool you can use to view and manage your subscription, account information, and registration information for all installations. You can also use this tool to renew your subscription or cancel the automatic renewal.

Your Trend Micro Account is automatically created when you install and register your Trend Micro program. This is done during registration, when you are asked to specify an email address and password.

Reset a forgotten Trend Micro Account password

  1. Go to Trend Micro Account.
  2. Click Forgot password.
  3. Type the email address you used and the code shown, then click Check Now.

    You will be prompted to check your email to reset your account password.

  4. Log in to your email and open the email from Trend Micro.
  5. Click change your password now. A new window will open asking for your new password.

  6. Type your new password in the New password field and retype it in the Confirm new password field.
    Your password should be between 8 and 50 characters long. Make sure to remember your password.
  7. Click Update Password.
  8. Click Sign In.

Update an inactive email address

To change your inactive email address, you need to contact our Technical Support for assistance.

Merge accounts

  1. Go to Trend Micro Account.
  2. Type your email address and password, then click Sign In.
    • If you forgot the email address used, click Forgot which address you used before?.
    • If you forgot the password you used, click Forgot password?.
  3. Click the Profile tab.
  4. Go to Merge Accounts for Easier Management.
  5. Click the Merge Accounts button.
  6. Type the email address and password that you want to merge on to the current account that you are using.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Check the information, then click Confirm.
  9. Once done, the accounts should now be merged. Sign-In again to check your licenses.
