Your Trend Micro Account is automatically created after you install and activate Trend Micro Home Network Security. This is done during registration, when you are asked to specify an email address and password.

Trend Micro has a MyAccount Online Portal you can use to view and manage your subscription, account information, and registration information for all Trend Micro apps and programs.

  1. Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/.
  2. Type your email address and password, then click Sign In.
    If you set up Two-Factor Authentication, you will need to type in the verification code sent to your preferred method (Authenticator App, Email or Text).

Check if Trend Micro Home Network Security is on Auto Renew

  1. Click the Licenses tab, then check the button next to Home Network Security.
    If it says Cancel Subscription, your program or app is set to Auto Renew.
    Otherwise, you will see a Set up Auto Renew or a Renew Now button.

Merge Trend Micro Home Network Security with other Accounts

  1. Select the Profile tab.
  2. Click the Merge Accounts button under Merge Accounts for Easier Management.
  3. Type your password, then click Next.
  4. Type the email address you want to merge and its password, then click Next.
  5. Double-check if all the information are correct, then click Confirm.
    Once done, the accounts are now merged.
  6. Sign in again to check your licenses.

I Forgot My Password

Reset Trend Micro Home Network Security Account password:

  1. Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/forgotpassword.
  2. Type your email address, and then click Check Now.

    Trend Micro will send you an email to reset your password.
    If you cannot find the email Trend Micro sent, check your Spam or Junk mail folder.

  3. Open the email from Trend Micro.
  4. Click change your password now.
  5. Type your new password in the New password field and retype it in the Confirm new password field.
  6. Click Update Password.
  7. Click Sign In.
