How to use Alexa Voice Control with Home Network Security

Trend Micro Home Network Security now works with Alexa on Amazon Echo. Using the Voice Control feature, you can now scan your network, stay up-to-date with your security status, and even limit your children from using the Internet.

Pair Amazon Echo with Trend Micro Home Network Security

1. Open the Home Network Security app on your mobile device.
2. Enable the Home Network Security skill.
   Expand All

   If you have an Alexa app

   1. On the Voice Control tutorial page, tap View on Amazon, then select Amazon Alexa app.

      

   2. A new page will appear. Tap ENABLE TO USE.
      
   3. Sign in with your Trend Micro account username and password.
   4. Wait for the confirmation page to appear.

      

   If you have NO Alexa app

   1. On the Voice Control tutorial page, tap View on Amazon.
   2. An Amazon page will appear. Sign in to your Amazon Account.

      

   3. On the Home Network Security Amazon page, tap Sign In.
      
   4. Sign in with your Trend Micro account username and password.
   5. Wait for the confirmation page to appear.

      

3. Start using Alexa to interact with your Home Network Security app.
