  1. Go to the Email and Submit a Trend Micro Support Case portal.
  2. Select "I need help with something else" from the options presented, and then specify your product.
  3. In the Subject field, type "Fake Renewal Email" to ensure your report is directed to the appropriate team for investigation.
  4. In the "What's going on?" section, provide answers to the following questions:
    • Email address of the sender: Provide the email address from which the fake renewal email originated. This information helps in identifying patterns and potential sources of the fraudulent emails.
    • Email address where you received the fake email: Share the email address where you received the suspicious email. This assists in tracking the dissemination of the fake emails and identifying potential targets.
    • Hotline number you see on the email: If the fake email includes a hotline number, provide it here. This allows for cross-referencing with known scam numbers and helps in flagging fraudulent contacts.
    • Where you received the email (on your PC or mobile): Specify the platform or device where you received the fake renewal email. This information aids in understanding the scope of the scam and potential vulnerabilities across different platforms.
