Adding another device to your subscription won't cost extra charges in these situations:
- You won’t be charged for adding another device if there are available seats on your subscription.
- You won’t be charged for adding a new device if you’re transferring the subscription from an old device.
Extra charges will only apply if:
- You’ve used all the available seats on your subscription.
- Your subscription is not compatible with other devices.
To protect more devices, you’ll need to purchase a new subscription.
A subscription meant for mobile devices cannot be used on computers, and a standalone Mac subscription is not compatible with Windows computers. To protect your device, you'll need to purchase the correct subscription.
I received a "Thanks for purchasing Trend Micro Mobile Security - Personal Edition" message
When you add a mobile device to your subscription, you'll receive an email with the subject "Thanks for purchasing Trend Micro Mobile Security - Personal Edition." This is simply a notification and doesn't mean you've been charged.
