Add Laptop, Desktop, Mac or Macbook to Protect
Installing Trend Micro on an additional computer is straightforward:
- Open a web browser and go to the https://account.trendmicro.com.
- Sign in using your email address and password.
- Click the 'Download' tab located near "Licenses", "Profile", and "Resources".
- Select the program or app you want to download and click 'Download to this Device'.
- Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Add Android Phone, Tablet, iPhone, or iPad to Protect
To download Trend Micro to your new phone or another mobile device:
- On your device, open a web browser and visit the https://account.trendmicro.com.
- Login with your existing credentials.
- Tap the Menu icon, then choose 'Download'.
- Press the Download button under 'Maximum Security'.
- Follow the link to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
- Select 'Get' or 'Install' to download the Mobile Security app.
- Open the app after installing it, then sign in with your Trend Micro account to activate protection on your Android or iOS device.
This process also applies if you've changed phones but kept your old number, or if you need to add Mobile Security to a new device.
