Ready to safeguard your new Windows laptop or Mac computer with Trend Micro? Here's how:

  1. Open a web browser on the device you want to install the program.
  2. Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/download.
  3. Enter your email address and password to log in.
  4. Click the Download button under your Trend Micro Security subscription.
  5. Click the Download button under Download to This Device. A new tab will open to download the installer. If you are on your mobile device, it will redirect you to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the Mobile Security app instead.
  6. Double-click the downloaded file to run the installer.
  7. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
