Turn over your Trend Micro protection from an old device to a new computer, mobile phone or tablet using your Trend Micro Account.

Protection for One Device

If Trend Micro protection is for one device only, install directly the program when transferring it to a new or another device.

Protection for More than One Device

  1. Log in to your Trend Micro Account by visiting
  2. Type your email address and password, then click Sign In.
    If you set up Two-Factor Authentication, enter the verification code sent to your Authenticator App, email, or text.
  3. Once logged in, click the License tab to find your current subscription.
  4. Click Manage Device and locate the device you want to remove.
  5. Click the X icon in the device's top right corner.
  6. Note: Before deleting protection, check the device name to avoid accidentally removing the ones you use.

  7. After removing protection from the old device, click the Download tab.
  8. Click Download on the app you want to install. For detailed steps, click Check Setup Guide.
  9. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
