To manage your Trend Micro products and subscriptions, simply sign in to your Trend Micro Account. There you can view your devices, their security status, and more.

How many subscriptions can I activate in my account?

There’s no limit on the number of subscriptions or licenses you can activate or register in your Trend Micro Account.

How many devices is in my subscription?

To view the number of devices you have in your Trend Micro subscription:

  1. Visit the My Trend Micro Account portal at https://account.trendmicro.com/.
  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
  3. If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, enter the verification code sent to your chosen method (Authenticator App, Email, or Text).
  4. Under the Licenses tab, find the subscription you want to check.
  5. Click Manage Devices to see how many devices is in your subscription and their status.

Where to get Trend Micro programs to install on my devices?

To know which Trend Micro programs are in your subscription and get them on your devices:

  1. Log into your Trend Micro account and go to the Download tab. You will see the list of apps and programs included on your subscription.
  2. Click the Download button for the program you want to install.
  3. Click Download to This Device to install on your current device or Share to Another Device to install on a different device. You can send an email, copy a link, or scan a QR code to share the installation.

Why some of my license subscriptions are missing?

To view all your licenses, including expired ones:

  1. Under the Licenses tab, click Show all licenses.
  2. Choose Expired licenses only to see expired subscriptions or Show all active licenses to view active ones.

To ensure that your Licenses page displays the latest subscriptions, it will only show active subscriptions by default.

Note: Some types of licenses, like Q-Licenses, don't require a Trend Micro account for activation and can only be viewed through Activation Info.
