Cancel Auto Renew Subscription on Android Devices

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Ensure you are signed in with the Google account used for the app purchase.
3. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
4. Select Payments & subscriptions, then choose Subscriptions.
5. Select the Trend Micro subscription to cancel.
6. Hit Cancel subscription and follow the remaining instructions.

Cancel Auto Renew Subscription on iPhone and iPad

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap your name or Apple ID located at the top of the screen.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Choose the Trend Micro subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription then Confirm.

   Don't forget, you can also update your Apple payment method if needed.

Cancel Auto Renew Subscription on Windows

1. Open the Microsoft Store.
2. Click on your profile in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Select Manage Account and Devices.
4. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
5. Once you are signed in, click Services & Subscriptions.
6. Click Cancel to stop the automatic renewal.

Cancel Auto Renew Subscription on Mac Devices

1. Open the App Store.
2. Click your Profile name.

Note: Click sign in if you cannot see your Profile name.

3. Click Account settings.
4. Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
5. Click Edit next to the selected subscription.
6. Click Cancel to stop the automatic renewal.
