Permanently delete your Trend Micro Account

  1. Open the Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
  2. Go to Settings.
    • For Android, on the upper right, tap the three-dotted lines then select Settings.
    • For iOS, scroll down, then tap Settings.
  3. Under ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION, tap Trend Micro Account.
  4. Select Account Control.
  5. Select Delete Account.

    This action will redirect you to the Trend Micro Account login page.

  6. Sign in with your Trend Micro Account.
  7. After logging in, read the reminders displayed on the screen. If you have any questions, you can tap the Support Portal link before proceeding with account removal.
  8. Tap Continue To Delete My Account, then follow the instructions on the next pages to successfully remove your account.
