You receive the following error message when you purchase Trend Micro Security for Microsoft Edge:
"Unable to show details about your purchases"
This message appears when the country set up on your Microsoft Account is not supported by the app.
Currently, Trend Micro Security for Edge is only available in the following countries:
- New Zealand
- United States of America
If you reside in any of these countries but you are unable to purchase Trend Micro Security for Microsoft Edge, make sure that your Microsoft Account is set to the correct country:
- Go to Start, then select Settings.
- Under Settings, select Time & Language then click Region & language.
- Under Country or Region, select the correct country.
