Need to Check or Manage Auto-Renewal?
If you’re unsure whether Auto-Renewal is on, or if you want to cancel it, you can easily do it from your account:
- Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.
- Under Licenses, select your current plan.
- Click Manage Subscription to change your Auto-Renewal status.
Tip: If you don’t see the Manage Subscription button or it doesn’t respond, it usually means:
- Auto-Renewal is already turned off.
- Your payment information is still syncing after a recent renewal.
- You may be signed in to a different or older account.
If you’re unsure, our Support Team can confirm your Auto-Renewal status or cancel it for you.
