Why Did My Subscription Expire?

  • You did not renew your subscription.
  • One of your other subscriptions expired.

What Should I Do Next?

  1. Renew manually to extend your license.
  2. If you already renewed, check the Serial Number or Activation Key in your Order Confirmation email. Ensure it matches your existing one.
    • If they are different, you may have purchased a new subscription. You need to activate the new Serial Number or Activation Key.
    • If they match, wait for 24-48 hours for the expiry date to update.
  3. Sign in with your Trend Micro Account to check your active and expired subscriptions.

For Subscription Purchased through Best Buy
