  1. Open a web browser on the computer where you want to install the program.
  2. Go to Trend Micro Account and sign in.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Once signed in, click the Download tab next to "Licenses", "Profile", and "Resources".
  5. Click the Download button under Maximum Security.
  6. In the new pop-up window, click the Download button under "Download to this Device".
  7. Double-click the downloaded file to run the installer.
  8. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.

Mobile Protection

Securing your smartphone or tablet? Here's how to get Trend Micro protection:

  1. Open a web browser on the device you want to install the program.
  2. Go to Trend Micro Account and sign in.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Once signed in, tap the Menu Menu icon icon, then select Download.
  5. Tap the Download button under Maximum Security.
  6. In the new pop-up window, tap the Download button under "Download to this Device". It will redirect you to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
  7. Tap Get/Install.
  8. Once installed, open the Mobile Security app to activate your Android or iOS protection.
