Mobile Security for iOS is currently installed on your device. However, you are unable to see the Mobile Security icon on your device's Home screen.
This issue happens because the Allowed Content in the Restriction settings of your mobile device is preventing the Mobile Security app icon to be shown on your Home Screen. The Allowed Content, also known as Parental Controls, blocks or limits specific apps and features displayed on your iOS device.
Allow Trend Micro Mobile Security App in Settings
- Go to the Settings of your iOS device.
- Tap Screen Time.
- Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions and enable Content & Privacy Restrictions.
- Tap Content Restrictions and go to Apps.
- Select Allow All Apps.
