How do I view my VPN subscription?
To check the details of your Trend Micro VPN subscription, follow these steps:
- Visit the Trend Micro Account page.
- Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
- Find your subscription details under the Licenses tab.
Why can't I see my VPN subscription?
If Trend Micro VPN appears in your account without subscription details, it's part of your current subscription. Check your subscription for more information.
If you purchased your VPN through Microsoft Store, Google Play, or the App Store, the details wonβt be in your Trend Micro account. Visit the store where you bought it to view the subscription details.
How can I manage my VPN subscription?
Adjust your subscription settings easily:
- Click Renew Now if you wish to extend your Trend Micro subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription to disable the automatic renewal feature.
Note: This will not cancel your subscription entirely, just the auto-renewal. - Click Setup Auto-Renew to enable the automatic subscription renewal feature.
