Trend Micro subscriptions are set to Auto Renew when you purchase them online.

Check if Trend Micro Auto Renew is Enabled

  1. Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/.
  2. Type your email address and password, then click Sign In.
    If you set up Two-Factor Authentication, you will need to type in the verification code sent to your preferred method (Authenticator App, Email or Text).
  3. Click the Licenses tab, then check the button next to your existing subscription.
    If it says Cancel Subscription, your program or app is set to Auto Renew.
    Otherwise, you will see a Set up Auto Renew or a Renew Now button.
