A Trend Micro Account, or MyAccount, is your personal account for accessing and managing your Trend Micro products and services. It is created automatically when you install and/or register your Trend Micro program. To check your account details, go to https://account.trendmicro.com/ and click the Sign In button.
What Can You Manage on Your Trend Micro Account?
Download Tab
In the Download Tab, you can:
- Download Trend Micro apps to your device: Find the apps you want, click the Download button, and then click it again under Download to this Device.
- Download Trend Micro apps to another device: Find the apps, click the Download button, and then click the Share button. You can choose to send an email, copy the link, or scan the QR code to share it.
Licenses Tab
In the Licenses Tab, you can:
- Check your Activation Code: View all your subscriptions and activation codes by clicking the Show all licenses button. You can choose to see Show active licenses only or Show expired licenses only.
NOTE: You cannot delete or remove inactive licenses, but you can hide them by selecting Show active licenses only. - Manage Your Subscription: Click the Manage Subscription button next to your subscription to see options such as Cancel Subscription (to stop auto-renewal), Change Credit Card Details (to update your billing information), and Contact Support.
- Manage your Devices: Click the Manage Device button under your active subscription to see Protected Devices. To remove a device's protection, hover over it and click the X button.
NOTE: You must retain at least one (1) device, as it cannot be removed unless you transfer the protection to another device.
Profile Tab
In the Profile Tab, you can:
- Account Information: Update your email address or password by clicking Change Email Address or Change Password. To update your personal information, click Edit Profile.
- Two-factor Authentication: Set up extra protection for your account through Text Messages (SMS), Authentication Apps (like Google Authenticator), or Email.
- Email Subscription: Manage your email preferences for Trend Micro.
Resources Tab
In the Resources Tab, you can:
- Security Report: Click Go to Security Report to view your PC Health Checkup results, websites blocked by Parental Controls, and any threats found on your device.
- Free Tools: Click Go to Free Tools to access free anti-ransomware and antivirus resources, apps, and product trials.
