Turn over your protection from an old device or computer to a new one using your Trend Micro Account.

  1. Go to
  2. Type your email address and password, then click Sign In.
  3. Look for your ongoing subscription from the list.
  4. Click the X icon located on the upper-right corner of the device you wish to remove protection.
    Before deleting, check the computer name on each device first to prevent accidentally removing protection on the devices you currently use.
  5. Click Yes to confirm.
  6. Click Add Device, then select what kind of device you want to protect.
  7. Follow the instructions on how to complete the installation.
