Learn how to switch to another Trend Micro account (MyAccount) for your Mobile Security for iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch on the same device.


Sign out from the account
  1. On your iOS device, tap Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
  2. Navigate to the bottom of the app, then tap Settings.

  3. Under Acount & Registration, tap Sign out.

  4. Enter your password, then tap Sign out.

    If you forgot your password, tap the forgot password link to retrieve your password.

Sign in using your Trend Micro account
  1. On your iOS device, tap Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
  2. Navigate to the bottom of the app, then tap Settings.

  4. Tap Sign in with a different account.
