If you want to use your other Trend Micro license seat to activate your Mobile Security app once your existing subscription expires, you can register your account to keep your iOS/iPadOS devices protected against threats.
- Tap the Mobile Security app.
- Scroll down, then tap Settings.
- Under ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION, tap Trend Micro Account > Account Control > Sign Out.
- Enter your password, then tap Sign Out. If you forgot your password, tap the Forgot your password? link to retrieve your password.
- Go back to Settings.
- Under ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION, tap Set Up Account.
- Tap Sign in with a different account.
- Enter your email address and password, then tap Sign in.
