What is Password Manager?
Password Manager helps you safely store and manage your passwords. It allows you to save passwords, autofill login forms, and keep your accounts secure.
What Happens After Password Manager Service Ends?
After the service ends, Password Manager will no longer be available. You will not be able to use any features, like the app for viewing and saving passwords. Your app will also stop receiving updates and support.
Important:
Beginning October 16, 2025, in-app (monthly) Password Manager subscriptions will be discontinued and automatically canceled. This means:
- You will no longer be charged for the monthly subscription.
- Your access to the Password Manager app and data will end once the subscription is canceled.
- To continue managing passwords securely, please migrate to Trend Micro ID Protection before the service ends.
Why Are You Discontinuing Password Manager?
To make our services better for our customers, we have stopped offering the old 'Password Manager' service. We have launched a new product called Trend Micro ID Protection that has more features. This new service will help you manage your passwords and also offers extra features, like checking for information leaks and making sure your Wi-Fi is safe.
Alternative Solution
To continue managing and protecting your passwords after Password Manager ends, we recommend switching to Trend Micro ID Protection.
Existing Password Manager users can easily migrate to ID Protection and keep using their passwords without interruption.

How Can I Transfer My Passwords From Password Manager to ID Protection?
To keep your passwords and notes from Password Manager, you should import them before the service ends.

How Can I Get Trend Micro ID Protection?
If you have one of the following subscriptions, Trend Micro ID Protection is included at no extra cost:
- Premium Security Suite
- Personal Protection Suite
- Maximum Security
- Security Suite Ultimate
- Security Suite Pro Plus
- Security Suite Pro
If you don’t have one of these, you may need to purchase Trend Micro ID Protection separately.
