Learn how to file a cashback form to lodge a claim for online and retail purchase of Trend Micro products and services in Australia and New Zealand.

Where can I file for cashback?

Note: You must first install and activate your Trend Micro product on your computer or mobile device so you can claim the cashback promotion.

  1. Visit our official cashback website depending on where you purchased our products:
  2. Enter your Serial Number, then click Submit.
  3. Fill out the needed information, then click Submit.

    You will receive a system email notification to the email address you typed in with a ticket number for future communication with the Cashback Customer Service Team.

Where can I find my Serial Number?

  • For Online Purchases, you will see it on the Order Confirmation Email.
  • For Retail Purchases, you will see it on the barcode of the Order Confirmation Receipt.

    Product Serial Number Format

    20 alphanumeric characters, beginning with an X and will look similar to this example:

    • XEAF-1234-5678-5015-4624

  • For Online Purchases, you will see it on the Order Confirmation Email.

What is my BSB No.?

BSB No. means Bank State Branch Number. Australian Banks use this number to indicate which state and branch the account number came from.

To know your BSB Number, you can inquire to your Bank Branch or log in to your online banking portal.

What is my Bank Acc No.?

For New Zealand citizens, bank account numbers use this pattern: AA BBBB CCCCCCC DDD.

The first six digits (AA BBBB) denote the Bank ID. The next seven digits (CCCCCCC) show the account number, the remaining digits show the account suffix (usually 2 or 3 numbers).

If your account number is 12-3456-1234567-00:

  • Bank ID: 12-3456
  • Account number: 123456700

How will I get my money back?

You will receive it via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the bank account you entered on the cashback form.

Where can I check the status of my cashback claim?

NOTE: The cashback process takes 28 business days, starting from the date you submitted the cashback form.

  1. Visit our official cashback claim status website here:
  2. Enter the e-mail address you used in filing the cashback.
  3. Type the Ticket ID you see on the email you received after filing the cashback.
  4. Click the View Status button to proceed.
