- You disabled the option to share user usage data with Trend Micro.
- The last feedback received from your device is over 30 days.
What should I do next?
Make sure your device is connected to the Internet when using Mobile Security features:
- Tap the Mobile Security app.
- Tap ⋮ > Settings.
- Under ABOUT & HELP, put a check beside Help Improve This App.
