Why Aren't I Getting Monthly Security Reports?
There are two main reasons you might not be receiving your Monthly Security Reports:
- You may have turned off the option to share your data with Trend Micro.
- The last report from your device could be more than 30 days old.

Make sure your device is connected to the Internet when using Mobile Security features:
- Open the Mobile Security app.
- Tap ⋮ on the upper right, then select Settings.
- Under ABOUT & HELP, check the box beside Help Improve This App.
