Update your payment details so you can continue enjoying Trend Micro's protection without any hiccups.

Here are two simple ways to do it:

Update Through Your Trend Micro Account

Your subscriptions are conveniently saved in your Trend Micro account, allowing you to easily check and update payment information. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Trend Micro Account Page: Go to the https://account.trendmicro.com/ page and sign in with your email and password.
  2. Access Your Profile: Click on your name at the top right corner and choose My Profile from the drop-down menu.
  3. Find Payment Method: In the "Account Information" section, look for Payment Method and click on Update Payment Method.
  4. Enter Order Details: You'll be taken to the Find My Order page. Here, you'll need to enter your Order Number and Order Password. You can find these details in your Order Confirmation Email.
  5. Update Payment Info: Select Manage Subscription and then Edit Payment Informationto enter your new credit card details.

Renew Your Subscription Early

If you don't see the Payment Method section, you can update your credit card info by renewing your subscription in advance. Renewing early will simply add more time to your subscription, without affecting any remaining subscription time you have already paid for.

  1. Log In to Your Trend Micro Account: Head over to https://account.trendmicro.com/ and sign in with your email address and password.
  2. Find Your Subscription: Look for your active subscription and click on the Renew Now option.

    You need to cancel the current automatic renewal that uses your old card and then manually renew your subscription with your new card details.

    • If you see a Cancel Subscription button, click it to stop the automatic renewal that uses your old card. You can reactivate it later with your new card. You will see the Renew Now button after.
    • If you are in Australia or New Zealand and have auto-renewal enabled, you will see Manage Subscription next to your subscription. Click it to update your auto-renewal settings or renew your subscription manually. You will see the Renew Now button after.
  3. Follow the Instructions: Go through the next on-screen instructions to update your credit card and change your payment method.

What If I Prefer to Renew When My Subscription Expires?

No worries! Trend Micro will send you a reminder when it's time to renew. At that time, you can easily update your payment details.
