To keep your Trend Micro subscription active and avoid service interruptions, make sure your credit card and billing details are up to date—especially before your subscription renews.
Edit Your Trend Micro Subscription Management Account
- Go to the Trend Micro Subscription Management Account at https://trendmicro.recurly.com/.
- Sign in using the email address and password linked with your subscription.
- Don’t have an account yet? Click the Create an account link you see at the bottom.
- Under the Billing Information section, click Edit.
- Update your credit card details and billing address in the form provided.
- Click Update to save your changes.
- A confirmation will appear saying: “Successfully updated your account’s billing information.”
