Keep your Trend Micro subscription active by ensuring that your credit card or payment details—including the expiry date, billing email address, and home address—are up to date. Follow these steps to update your information:

  1. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account
    Go to My Trend Micro Account and sign in with your registered Trend Micro email and password.
  2. Click Manage Subscription
    Under Licenses tab, look for your active subscription and click on the Manage Subscription button.

    Note: If the Manage Subscription button isn’t working or won’t load, it may be because:
    • Your auto-renewal is already turned off
    • Your payment information has not been fully updated in our system
    • Your subscription was purchased through a partner (such as Best Buy or your Internet Service Provider)
    If any of these apply, contact Trend Micro Support.

  3. Change Credit Card Details
    Click Change Credit Card Details, then you will be redirected to a different page where you can update and change your billing information.
  4. Complete the Required Information
    Fill in the necessary details on the screen to update your credit card information and change your payment method, then click Update Billing Information button to finish.
    Once completed, you will see a confirmation message:
    "Successfully updated your account's billing information."
    NOTE: Please wait up to 48 hours for the new credit card details to be updated.

If you're using a mobile phone:

  1. Visit My Trend Micro Account and sign in with your email address and password.
  2. Tap in the upper-left corner,

  3. Under Licenses, look for your active subscription and tap on the Manage Subscription button.

  4. Tap Change Credit Card Details, then you will be redirected to a different page where you can update and change your billing information.
  5. Fill in the necessary details on the screen to update your credit card information and change your payment method, then tap Update Billing Information button to finish.
    Once completed, you will see a confirmation message:
    "Successfully updated your account's billing information."
    NOTE: Please wait up to 48 hours for the new credit card details to be updated.
