Trend Micro Password Manager lets you store up to 5 passwords for the FREE/TRIAL version. Upgrading to the PREMIUM/PAID version stores an unlimited number of passwords.

Add passwords instantly

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Type the login page you wish to add; for example, type goodreads.com and press ENTER.
  3. Click the Password Manager icon, then click the + icon.
  4. Give the account a name for your easy reference.
  5. Type your account email address, then your password, and click Save.

Add passwords manually

  1. Open your web browser, then click the Password Manager icon.
  2. Type your Vault Password, then click Unlock.
  3. Click Management Console you see at the bottom.
  4. Click the icon to add a new password.
  5. Fill out the website address, your email address and its corresponding password.
  6. Click the Save button to confirm.

Update passwords saved

  1. Open your web browser, then click the Password Manager icon.
  2. Type your Vault Password, then click Unlock.
  3. Click Management Console you see at the bottom.
  4. Click the Password you want to update or edit.
  5. Click the Edit on the upper left of the window.
  6. Update the details needed.
  7. Click the Save button to confirm.

Delete saved passwords

  1. Open your web browser, then click the Password Manager icon.
  2. Type your Vault Password, then click Unlock.
  3. Click Management Console you see at the bottom.
  4. Click the Password you want to remove.
  5. Click the Edit on the upper left of the window.
  6. Click the Delete this password? link, then choose Delete to confirm.

Manage passwords and organize them

  1. Open your web browser, then click the Password Manager icon.
  2. Type your Vault Password, then click Unlock.
  3. Click Management Console you see at the bottom.
  4. Click the Sort passwords icon you see beside the icon.
  5. Select your preferred sorting:
    • Recently Used
    • Name

Open saved websites in a secure browser

Note: Some websites implement their own security measures that prevent apps like Password Manager to function properly.

  1. Open your web browser, then click the Password Manager icon.
  2. Type your Vault Password, then click Unlock.
  3. Click the saved password you want to visit. Password Manager will open the website and automatically log you in.
