Trend Micro Maximum Security 2021 Lite mainly incorporates the following new features and enhancements:

To join the BETA Testing, follow the instructions below:

Get your BETA serial number

Request a BETA serial number by filling up this form.
Under "Which product do you need to get help with?", choose Internet Security.
Under "Elaborate your concern", type "Get Trend Micro BETA serial number."
Proceed with filling out your contact information, then click Submit.

Uninstall your Trend Micro Security app

If you have an existing Trend Micro Security app on your computer, uninstall it first before you install the BETA version. You may follow the instructions from this article: How to uninstall Trend Micro Security for Windows

Install the program

Download the installer file below:

Internet Security (32-bit)

Internet Security (64-bit)

If you need to check the version of your operating system, you can follow the instructions from this article: How to check if PC is running in 64 bit or 32 bit Windows version.
Double-click the installer to run it. Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears.
Wait for the installer to extract the files needed for the installation.
Type your serial number, then click Next.
Read the Data Disclosure Notice, then click Next.
Read the License Agreement, then click Agree and Install.
Wait for the program to install. This may take a couple of minutes.
Click Finish.
After activating, you will see the main console of Trend Micro Security 2021 Lite.

Report any issue encountered

Keep the Trend Micro Security BETA version installed for at least one week. Report any issue you encountered during the BETA testing.

Answer the BETA Survey

Complete the BETA testing survey, then submit the result.

After the testing period, uninstall the Trend Micro Security BETA version, then install the Trend Micro Security 2021.
