Knowing the expiry date of your Trend Micro subscription is essential for maintaining the protection of your device. Here’s how to check your renewal and expiry date easily:
When Does My Subscription Expire?
If you're unsure about your Trend Micro subscription's expiry date, follow these simple steps:
Log in using your account details. If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, enter the code you received.
Go to the Licenses tab. Here, you will see the Expiry Date for your subscription. If you chose Auto Renew, it will be set a few days before the expiry date. You will receive an email with details about the charge and the billing date.
Where Else Can I Check My Subscription Expiry Date?
For the latest subscription details, it's best to use the Trend Micro Account portal. However, you can also check your subscription expiry date directly in the Trend Micro application on your device:
Open the Trend Micro app on your device.
Look for the Expiry Date on the main program menu or under the Settings menu.
My Subscription was from Best Buy
If you don't see your subscription from Best Buy in your Trend Micro Account, you need to register it through the Activation portal. Follow the steps below:
Go back to your Trend Micro Account, then go to the License tab to locate your activation code listed as the Serial Number and view your subscription details.
