Learn how to activate your purchased subscription to upgrade the trial version of your Mobile Security for iOS to the full version.


Activate Mobile Security from the Activation Portal

  1. Go to the Activation Portal.
  2. Enter the activation key, then tap Next.
  3. Sign in using your Trend Micro account.

    If you do not have a Trend Micro account, you can create one by tapping Need an account?.

  4. In the confirmation page, you will be provided with a link to download the app:
    • If you haven't installed the app yet:
      1. Tap the Download Mobile Security app, then follow the prompts to install the app.
      2. Go to the phone Settings, then tap Set up an account, then sign in with your Trend Micro account.
    • If the app is already installed on your mobile device:
      1. Launch Mobile Security app, go to Settings, tap Transfer a license, then choose the one you just activated.

Activate Mobile Security from the Lost Device Protection Portal

  1. Go to the Lost Device Protection portal.
  2. Sign in using your Trend Micro account.
  3. In the Lost Device Protection page, look for your device.
  4. Tap your device, then tap Device Detail.
  5. In the Device Detail page, enter the activation key, then tap OK.

Activate Mobile Security In-App

  1. On your mobile device, open Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
  2. Tap Settings, then sign in with your Trend Micro account.
  3. From the Transfer Subscription message, tap Next.
  4. Tap Not yet Installed.
  5. Tap OK.
