If you're not seeing much information in your Mobile Security Report on your iPhone or iPad, don’t worry! Here’s why this might be happening and how you can fix it.

Why Aren't I Getting Monthly Security Reports?

There are two main reasons you might not be receiving your Monthly Security Reports:

  • You might have turned off the option to share your data with Trend Micro.
  • The last report from your device could be more than 30 days old.

What Should I Do Now?

To start getting your Monthly Security Reports again, follow these easy steps:

  1. Make sure your device is connected to the Internet.
  2. Open the Mobile Security app on your iPhone or iPad.
  3. Scroll down and tap on Settings.
  4. In the ABOUT & HELP section, turn on Help Improve This App to allow data sharing.


After you do these steps, you should start getting your Monthly Security Reports again. This will help you stay updated on your device's security and any possible threats.
