Auto Renew a service from Trend Micro that automatically extends your subscription for another year before it expires. This ensures continuous protection without manual renewal.
If your subscription is set to renew automatically, your registered payment method will be charged on your subscription's expiration date.
I don’t want Auto Renew
You can disable Auto Renew at any time by logging into your Trend Micro Account:
- Log in to Trend Micro Account
Go to https://account.trendmicro.com and sign in with your registered email and password. - Click Manage Subscription
Find the subscription (Serial Number) you want to cancel auto-renewal for, then click Manage Subscription next to it. - Select Cancel Subscription
This will trigger a pop-up that explains what to expect when cancelling auto-renewal. - Click Continue
Proceed with the cancellation process. - Fill Out the Feedback Form
Let us know why you're cancelling by answering a short form, then click Submit. - Select Your Preferred Option
After submitting, select Stop Auto Renew to manually renew in the future.

I need to check how many devices are protected
Log in to your Trend Micro Account and view the subscription details.
- Visit the My Trend Micro Account portal.
- Enter your email address and password, then Sign In.
- If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, enter the verification code sent to your chosen method (Authenticator App, Email, or Text).
- Under the Licenses tab, find the subscription you want to check.
- Click Manage Devices to see how many devices are in your subscription and their status.

I want to see if my subscription has Auto Renew enabled
Sign in to your account — if Auto Renew is ON, you will see a Manage Subscription button:
- Go to the Trend Micro Account portal. and sign in.
- Under the License tab, find your current subscription.
- If auto-renewal is enabled, you will see a Manage Subscription button next to your subscription.Otherwise, you’ll see the Renew Now button, which means auto-renewal is turned off.

I wish to cancel my entire subscription
Disabling Auto Renew stops future charges, but to cancel immediately, contact Trend Micro Support.
