We understand how important it is to keep your payment information up to date. Currently, there is NO direct page to update your credit card and billing information details, so our system requires a few extra steps to do so.
While we work on making this process more straightforward, hereβs how you can update your credit card:
To change your credit card details, renew your Trend Micro subscription in advance:
Find your active subscription and select the Renew Now option. If you're subscribed to Auto-Renew, click the Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription button
to stop it temporarily.
Follow the on-screen instructions to update credit card and change your payment method.
Note: Renewing early won't make you lose any remaining subscription days. Your subscription will be extended by one or two years, based on your chosen renewal option.
If you don't want to renew early, Trend Micro will notify you when it's time to renew. Then, you can update your card details.
If you want to cancel the automatic renewal of your Trend Micro subscription, follow these steps below. By doing so, you can manage your subscription directly from your Trend Micro Account.
Sign in with your email and password. If you use Two-Factor Authentication, enter the verification code.
Click the Licenses tab and locate your Trend Micro subscription with Auto Renew.
If you see a Cancel Subscription button, click it, and then confirm by clicking Stop Now.
Note: Click Manage Subscription to cancel Auto-Renewal if you're in Australia or New Zealand.
If you see a "Renew Now" button instead, it means Auto Renew is already off, and manual renewal is
required before expiration.
NOTE: If you are using a trial subscription, there is no need to cancel it from your account page. You can allow the trial days to expire or chat with us to
terminate your trial subscription.
Select Refund a Recent Purchase under "I need help with".
Choose how you bought your product (Online or Retail) under Sales Channel.
Pick the product you wish to return and explain why.
Fill in your contact details.
Click Agree and Continue.
Kindly wait for the refund confirmation email that will be sent to your email address, and expect your refund for online purchases within 5-7 business days, and for retail purchases, within 45 days.
Get Your Activation Code Ready. Before starting the renewal process, make sure you have your Trend Micro Activation Code at hand. This number is essential
for verifying your subscription.
Provide Your Activation Code. Enter your Activation Code in the designated field below, then click Submit.
Follow the Prompts to Complete the Renewal. After submitting your Activation Code, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the renewal process. This involves confirming your details and making a payment

Click the Download button if you want to install it on the computer you signed in. If you wish to install it on another computer, click Share.
Run the installer.
Double-click the downloaded installer file to start. If you are not sure where to find it, it is likely in the Downloads folder.
Complete the setup.
Follow the remaining prompts, then wait for the installation to complete. You may be prompted to enter some information; kindly provide them as needed.
